Steve Walker has been a pastor since 1981, and the lead pastor at Redeemer's since January of 1990.
Though he has earned a Bachelors of Arts from Wheaton College, a Masters of Theology from Dallas Seminary, and a Doctorate in Ministry from Western Seminary, he'll correct you if you call him anything but "Steve." He believes he has one of the best jobs in the world, and would rather be teaching the Bible than doing nearly anything else. One of the passions of his life is to help others find and follow Jesus. He also loves bicycling, BMW motorcycles, anything Mac (iPhone, iPad, iMac), a good story read or told, strong coffee and anything really well-made. When asked how long he has been married to his college sweetheart, Barb, his standard answer is, "Not long enough." Whenever possible, they enjoy the company of their two grown children, Melissa and Justin.

Suzy joined the Redeemer’s staff in August of 2002 as a part time employee. Her passion for kids quickly made a huge splash in the Children’s Ministry area at Redeemers. Helping kids discover God’s amazing love and truth in ways that are relevant, challenging & fun really capture the purpose and essence of her ministry. Today, Suzy is providing Leadership and oversight for the ministries of Nursery through High School.

Director of Facilities and Environments
Hi, my name is Mauro Cettina, I’m 59 years old, a child of God, husband, father, grandfather and the new Director of Facilities and Environments at Redeemer’s.
In 1976 I married my wife Gloria and we have been married 37 years. We have two daughters, Emily and Camille. Emily, her husband, Adam, and their two kids Abigail and Isaac are members of Redeemer's. My younger daughter Camille lives in Portland.
I previously served at Rolling Hills Church as Facilities Manager for 13 years. In April, God brought us to Redeemer’s. Believe me when I say I wasn’t looking for another job, but when the Lord whispers in your ear it’s good to listen. God’s fingerprints are all over this new phase of my life. Gloria and I are so happy to be a part of this growing and vibrant body of believers.

Although born in California Adam was raised in Oregon and is very proud of that fact. He and his wife Abbie, along with their daughter, moved back to the Roseburg area in March of 2011 and began attending Redeemer's full time. Adam joined the Redeemer's staff in June of 2011 and is happy to be doing something that he loves.
Being the product of a Christian upbringing Adam was involved in ministry from a young age. Always involved in Worship and Arts along with Children's ministries it wasn't until his time at Grace Community Church in Chico California that Adam really felt that God had placed on his heart a strong desire to be involved with ministry full time.

On the weekends you can usually find her at a racetrack, her daughter’s volleyball games, or her son’s football games. She also loves going to the Duck games whenever possible!

At that time, Shelley "retired" from 20+ years in finance and human resources at their family business to be a stay-at-home mom to their children, Ethan and Emily. With the kids now older, and the first off to college, Shelley was anxious to get back to working part-time and was thrilled to find the opportunity to help out at Redeemer's. Middle School Intern
Born in Bakersfield, California, Scott grew up in good old Roseburg and joined the Redeemer’s family at the age of seven. He has had a variety of jobs, from being a co-pilot to taking care of the elderly with dementia. Scott is incredibly grateful to be serving as an intern at Redeemer’s and to be a vessel for God to spread His word to middle schoolers.
Scott enjoys going to the theater and watching new movies, using art to create things, and long walks on the beach (i.e., if Oregon had a beach and it wasn’t a jillion degrees below zero!) But the one thing Scott loves more then those things is being with people. Especially people like you, who are reading his bio right now.
